1. Acceptance

By using this website or submitting a quotation request, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors and customers of MT Middle East.

2. Company

MT Valves & Fittings, S.L. (trading as MT Middle East) is the seller of record for all products listed on this website. Registered in Spain; UAE commercial operations under applicable local trade licence.

3. Quotation & Order Process

• All requests submitted through this website constitute an enquiry, not a binding order.
• A formal quotation will be issued by our sales team within 24 business hours.
• A binding purchase order is only confirmed once a written order acceptance has been issued by MT Middle East.
• Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from date of issue unless otherwise stated.

4. Pricing

• All prices shown on this website are indicative and may change without notice.
• Prices are quoted in AED (UAE Dirham) and/or EUR (Euro) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
• UAE VAT (5%) is applicable to all sales within the UAE. A VAT-compliant invoice will be issued upon order confirmation.

5. Stock & Availability

Stock availability shown on product pages reflects indicative local Dubai hub stock. Actual availability is confirmed at the time of quotation. MT Middle East reserves the right to allocate stock to orders based on order date and payment status.

6. Delivery

• Standard delivery within Dubai/UAE: 24–48 hours from order confirmation and payment.
• GCC and international delivery: timeline provided in quotation.
• Delivery fees are quoted separately and depend on order volume, weight and destination.
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the specified address.

7. Payment

Accepted payment methods will be confirmed in the formal quotation. Standard terms for new customers are 100% advance payment. Credit terms may be available for verified trade accounts subject to approval.

8. Returns & Claims

• Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be notified in writing within 5 business days of delivery.
• Returns require prior written authorisation from MT Middle East.
• Products must be returned in original, unopened packaging.
• Custom or non-stock orders are non-returnable.

9. Warranties

MT products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from date of delivery, under normal use conditions and in accordance with applicable technical specifications. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or use outside the product's rated parameters.

10. Limitation of Liability

MT Valves & Fittings, S.L.'s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied. We exclude liability for indirect loss, consequential loss, or loss of profit.

11. Intellectual Property

All product names, catalogue data, images and technical documentation remain the intellectual property of MT Valves & Fittings, S.L. Reproduction requires written authorisation.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Any disputes arising from transactions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Changes

MT Middle East reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The current version is always available at store.mtme.ae/terms.html.
