1. Acceptance

By accessing this website, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use this website.

2. About Us

MT Middle East is the authorised GCC distributor of MT Valves & Fittings, S.L. (Spain). We supply industrial and commercial valve and fitting solutions from our Dubai hub to customers across the UAE and the wider GCC region.

3. Products and Pricing

All products listed on this website are subject to availability. Prices shown are indicative and may change without notice. Displayed prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. UAE VAT (5%) applies to all supplies within the UAE.

The final price is confirmed at the time of quotation. A formal written quotation from MT Middle East constitutes the binding offer.

4. Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request through our website or via WhatsApp does not constitute a binding order. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed purchase order and a formal order acknowledgement from MT Middle East.

5. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are stated in the quotation. MT Middle East reserves the right to require advance payment or bank guarantee for new customers. All payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice.

6. Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. MT Middle East shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping, customs, force majeure or circumstances outside our control. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery to the agreed location.

7. Technical Specifications

Product specifications and technical data are provided in good faith and based on manufacturer data. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that products meet the requirements of their specific application. MT Middle East does not accept liability for incorrect product selection.

8. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (MT Valves & Fittings, S.L.). Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period and are subject to inspection. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, or operation outside specified parameters.

9. Returns and Cancellations

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for standard stock items in original, unopened condition, subject to a restocking fee. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned. Cancellation of orders already dispatched or in production may incur charges.

10. Limitation of Liability

MT Middle East’s total liability for any claim arising from the sale of goods shall not exceed the invoiced value of the goods giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the intellectual property of MT Middle East or MT Valves & Fittings, S.L. Unauthorised use is prohibited. See our Legal Notice.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

14. Changes

MT Middle East reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
